Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz beef liver
  • 3 eggs (large)
  • 3 tbsp ghee or butter
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)

  • Optional: Soak the beef liver in milk or lemon water for 30 minutes to an hour. Drain and pat dry.
  • Make the Pancake Batter: In a blender or food processor, combine the beef liver, eggs, and ghee or butter. Blend until smooth.
